How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 2/3 working days for your order to be shipped.

  • Standard shipping UK 3-4 working days delivery aim with Royal Mail
  • International Standard 3-15working days delivery aim with Royal Mail

Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it? 

Unfortunately you can't due to the nature of the product. Certain products such as personal care (beauty) or cosmetics can’t be returned for hygienic reasons. 

My product arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of any damage so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Please email our customer service at info@roils.co or through our live chat with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order.
