3 hair problems you can solve with eggs

Eggs have always been our number one beauty secret, whether it be for hair or for skincare. The only reason why many of us go eww when it comes to using eggs in hair or face masks is because of their smell. The nutrients in eggs, protein and vitamins, are found in healthy and glossy hair. Egg yolk can be applied to the scalp as treatment for hair loss or brittle hair. It is also known to make hair grow faster, which is why you will it to be among the main ingredients in shampoos, oils, and even conditioners. Here are three haircare issues you can solve with eggs.  

  1. Egg and fenugreek seed paste for hair fall 

If you’re facing hair fall and nothing is working out for you, try this DIY hair mask. Just add an egg, 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix these ingredients well and leave the paste for an hour so the fenugreek seeds are properly dissolved. Apply it to your hair. Rinse well when the paste has completely dried on your hair.  

  1. Egg and aloe vera for itchy scalp 

Eggs and aloe vera are both moisturising and have effective anti-inflammatory properties. These two ingredients work great together for an itchy scalp. Beat one egg in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of aloe vera. Mix it well and apply it on the roots of your hair. Leave for about 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it off for a therapeutic effect. 

  1. Egg and honey for dry hair 

Mix an egg with 2 tablespoons of honey and apply on your hair for 20 minutes or till it's dry. This mixture will solve your dry hair and scalp issues with ease. Repeat once or twice a week if you have a very dry scalp or dandruff issues. This mask will also restore the natural luster of your hair by adding moisture and shine to dull hair.
